I was hesitating whether to buy it, but I finally decided and I'm delighted. After using it for two days, I have noticed that I wake up with less neck pain; the design makes the neck and head fit perfectly.
The density of the foam is medium, neither white nor hard. And the material of the cover is very nice.

I would like to request a return as the item does not match the description. the pillow was described as soft, but it is actually a hard foam that is much firmer than i expected.

Have been using this for three weeks. I always start sleeping on my side and wake up on my back. I like the support this pillow gives. It is quite firm but still gives a little. The outer material is soft and comfortable. I put the whole thing in the wash before using to get rid of the strong smell.

Very comfortable, adapts to when you sleep on your back and side, leaving a comfortable position for your arms. A noticeable relief in the cervical spine is noticeable.

I would say it's good, I've been sleeping on it for four days now and find it comfortable. My wife bought the original one (which cost four times as much) and there isn't a big difference.
