Step 3 — Choose your mode:
Press the button to cycle through 3 modes: Slow, Fast, or Pulse.
Step 4 — Rinse and repeat:

The item arrived in good condition even though it took a long time. Functional and reflects the description even though the included oil is really very small, in the photo I placed a pack of cigarettes nearby to give an idea of the size.
I haven't tried it yet, so I can't say if it does what it promises. I can only say that after charging it works and has different massage modes, and it's pleasant. The package also includes the charger cable and the gray bag to store it, which can always be seen in the photo.
